- Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and tags. Include the printed RMA authorization inside the box. Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days) to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Completion: Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund.
