2. Our Returns & Exchange Promise

If your new Cutlery set isn’t the right fit for your kitchen, or the Bed Pillows aren’t perfect for your rest, we offer a 15-day window from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. Our process is respectful of your time and built on trust.

- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending the item to our Dallas warehouse.
- Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and tags. Include the printed RMA inside the box. Ship to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team inspects the item (within 3-5 business days) to ensure it meets our return conditions.
- Completion: Upon approval, we immediately process your exchange or refund.
3. Refunds: Timing & Method

- Timing: After your return is received and approved, we initiate your refund within 5-10 business days.
