Condition of Returns

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used Baby Safety items of a hygienic/safety-critical nature (e.g., monitor straps, outlet covers).
